How long have you played with us?: I have been on for at least 2-3 weeks now, but I'm heading towards 4 days in-game time.

What is your experience with serious roleplay?:  I have been doing roleplay since early 2015, though before I would play dark RP. My first RP experience was a clone wars server called Last Bastion. It was a pretty big community but sometimes had smaller player amounts. I played it for quite the while before branching off to new star wars servers like Axiom. When the summer of 2017 hit, I met Nordic, my first owner for a nut script Halo roleplay. I was confused with nut script at first, but slowly saw what it was capable of, I continued with Nordic and his servers with nut script Halo roleplay till this summer of 2018, which is when we disbanded because of lack of players. I got to the rank of MSgt and was Executive Officer to the 23rd Marine Expeditionary Force as SRS qualified. I was serverless until I ran into Reformation Roleplay. I quickly got a liking to it and continued to play, I applied for staff and got in, and now we date back till now. Now serving as Navy lead, roleplay has become a huge part of my life, not only as a source of entertainment, but a therapy to me being myself. I strive to get into the deepest cracks roleplay has to offer so I can have the most experience.

Why should we accept you over other applicants?: I don't think of myself better than anyone else from an assumption, that's stupid, and everyone should be equal. I like to have a happy community and not fight over a position for the server. I think some traits that stand me out though is I'm very reasonable with people, I don't like to yell at people about stupid ideas or actions, just say it was an accident and move on. I also am in AFJROTC (Air Force Junior Reserves Officer Training Corps) which teaches high schoolers to show citizenship, leadership, and the way to be successful. I am also very kind to others, even though sometimes I get a little heated, I usuallly apologize for afterword with a sentence or action. if that doesn't happen, I will just drop the situation acting like it never happened. This can be good and bad depending on the situation, but I try to look at the positive side of life because I've been down the negative side for a long time. I'm also in the process of reading over lore by reading the books and using internet sources. Halo fascinates me in every way and I have been playing it since I was 5 and played the original Halo: Combat Evolved. Yes, I may be young at the age of 15 but I think maturity and reasonability should come first over a number. I also understand the meaning if the word leadership. You can't be a leader just knowing how to give a command. Being a leader is making those around you, want to follow that command. Most people strive for rank, yet they leave their squad for something higher. That can lead to bad reputations with people, lowering the chance of them liking you. I learned this early in my life, as my mom was an [E-5] staff sergeant in the United States Air Force. I strive to follow in not just her path, but the path of my family since the early 1800s.

Do you understand that being in the Spartan requires a massive amount of IC and OOC maturity and that if you are found to be lacking in maturity, you can and will be removed with little to no warning?: I understand that if I mess up in-character roleplay I can be removed. I also understand if I do not show proper maturity in both in-character and out-of-character I will be removed as well. I will keep my maturity level up to tip-top shape.

Character Name:  Vargar 'Worg' Nilsson

Character Description: Vargar is a Nordic male that was 7'0 in armor and 6'9 out of armor at the age of 36. He has green eyes with an O+ blood type. The callsign that his squad gave him Worg for rushing into battle at fast, beastly speeds, representing a worg. His hair would be grey natural that was kept short, he also grew a very long beard, resembling one of his own kind, a Viking. He would be muscular weighing at a weight of 232 pounds. He would have tattoos of war axes and old Vikings on his chest, and arms. He would be tan, around the same skin color as a normal American. He would have a collection of scars, littering his body from when he was hunting bears, to normal fights with human contact. One scar would particularly stand out on his chest, spanning from left to right from a bear slashing it. He would always carry a waraxe, or a bowie knife with him at all times. He would be very interested in Astro-science and would be very curious and a kind-hearted person to not only his fellow brethren but to the honorable Sangheili. His armor color would be a snow wight, representing the cold weather of his home, and culture. He would be a single man, waiting for the love of his life to finally meet him one day.

What is this character's backstory?:(100 Words Minimum) Vargar is a Nordic male that was born in Edinburgh on Earth. He was a usual child, along the side of his curiosity to try new things, and get into danger without being scared. He excelled in his grades at school and was very nice to anyone whether he liked them or not. He lived in the woods in a cabin away from most civilization besides a small town. His parents were Nordic, and believed in Asastro and followed it very strictly. He thinks of things outside the box on a daily basis and takes everything seriously. When he hit the age of 15, he already had gotten accepted as a student at a university though he needed to finish his junior year to graduate. When he hit the age of 16 and almost turning 17, he became a freshman in college to study astro-science. He liked space, the outside world. It made him think about everything that could still be out there. He also loved melee weapons, mainly sharp axes and blades. Their family did not work, so they relied on survival skills and craftsmanship to live out in the wild. If they needed an item, they would sell skin or trade for the said item. He liked to hunt with his father, gave him a new adventure each time while providing food for the harsh winter weather. He had a hunting accident one night while hunting a den of bears which ended up giving him a giant scar from left to right on his chest giving a little bit of an arc. He enlisted at the age of 24 to serve his planet after his parents died to a murder case while he was out running errands. He had nothing else to accomplish at the cabin, so he took his valuables and enlisted as an artillery operator in the 42nd Artillery Corps. He went through marine boot camp like any other person, fixed him into a marine Viking you could say. He was an artillery gun operator, fighting on the front lines, but still fought in operations as a daily soldier, just with an added bonus of artillery gun operation. He became the rank of [E-6] Staff Sergeant at the age of 36, by then he was managing the guns rather than operating them, giving tips to newbies, and yelling at the seniors who knew what they were doing and still messed up. He showed great leadership as his brothers and sisters followed every order, they liked him as a sergeant. He was their best friend, but their worst enemy at times. They all knew he had a job, so he was required to yell. He got the nickname Pop from the privates from teaching them everything while still punishing them for wrongdoings. Eventually, just before he was going apply for the next rank of gunny, he was offered the volunteer augmentation process known as becoming a Spartan IV. His augmentation process was a success and was put aboard the New England to serve along with the 143rd and the Swords Of Sangheilios. He was upset to leave his brothers and sisters in the artillery corps, but he knew and they knew, duty is duty.

How did your character receive this position?: (100 Words Minimum) He showed interest in things that the normal marines did not. He was a huge morale boost to his whole squad and risked his life to save even the privates even though he couldn't save them all. He tried every time to save someone, though can accept the loss of a squad mate or commanding officer. He also showed wonderful hand-to-hand combat skills with his fist and sharp melee objects. One mission, (made up, not lore) Operation Frylock, was a 2-day operation to take care of an innie presence in the Sigma-Octanus system. Towards the middle of a fire-fight, he and his squad mates were pinned down heavily by innie machine gun, and aircraft fire. Twenty of his squad was either dead or injured at this moment in time when he spotted a one-handed ax that an innie dropped. He picked it up and sprang into battle, showing his true internal Viking, hopping on top of a metal crate in a hanger bay. A hornet was giving heavy fire to a group of 7 marines behind cover, unable to move. He leaped mid-air, hopping on the side of the hornet, breaking the glass protecting the pilot. He took the ax and slashed the innie pilot, leaving nothing but a helmet split in half, and a brainless innie in the cockpit. The hornet crashed down in a spiral formation, exploding shortly after as he made contact with the floor. The marines had taken out the main innie machine gun post, leaving only ground troops. Shortly after a burst of flame and hornet parts were scattered. He gave fire from his MA5B to the rest of the innie ground troops that slowly started to retreat to the inner part of the hanger base. Showing his bravery and honor, he was given the chance to become a legendary spartan as he had seen in advertisements. He admired them and was finally going to become one.

Explain how your Spartan reacts to combat using an RP situation(100 Words Minimum) [This never happened, only showing what he would be capable of in a war zone] He would be behind cover, pinned down with the rest of his fireteam by covie plasma fire. They were running out of options, either they died sitting ducks, or they died trying to fight. Varagar nodded to his squad mates, giving a good luck symbol and their signature hand movement meaning "I may go out doing something". They all knew what he was trying to do, he was trying to save everyone while risking his own, showing a true warrior. He leaped out of cover, doing dashing movements to avoid fire hitting his shields but some still hit. He pulled out his bowie knife, running in a way where the knife was facing forward but still at his chest, like a rouge. He would leap shortly before hitting a squad of unggoy ultras. he would do a somersault in the air trying to dodge more fire, but his shield popped, giving a flare, then nothing. He pulled out his sidearm shooting 7 times, while 7 dead unggoy just hit the floor, masks off their face showing their weird mouth. He took out a squad, but the plasma fire was still incoming and hitting his unshielded armor from a nearby emplacement. He quickly sprang from the ground and bolted toward it at max speed. He shot at the Sangheili operating the emplacement till his shields flared, then disappearing. The Sangheili was vulnerable to melee attacks now without bouncing off. he sprang towards it from above, pushing it's hinge head back at an extremely fast speed. While leaving the Sangheili's neck vulnerable, he stabbed his knife in his neck, till the whole knife was lodged in his throat. The Sangheili would gurgle, as blood spewed from his mouth and throat. He jumped on the Sangheili's chest, while still standing up and the knife in his neck, thrusting forward with his feet, sending the almost lifeless Sangheili tumbling on the flat dirt. A pool started to form under the Sangheili as he lay there, motionless. The fire had stopped all thanks to his bravery and fighting skill. He regrouped with the rest of his squad, not even breathless. They all nodded at each other again, and the continued with the mission.....

Does your Spartan experience PTSD? He does not, he has no mental disorders considering eating disorders, to PTSD. Though none has occurred, anything could happen through RP.
