Character Name: Veta 'Trazum

Character Species: Sangheili | Macto cognatus

What is this character's backstory? (If wanted) Veta was born on July 23, 2526, on the Sangheili colony of 'Sanghelios'. The main world of the Sangheili race. He had served in the covenant under the Prophet of Truth. He had only progressed up to the rank of Sangheili Major when the Prophet of Truth had died in 2552. He had only 2 encounters with the 'Demons' he had once feared, they always had left him since he had run away after everyone had been killed. Once the Brutes had taken their positions in the covenant he had been generally hurt, until he heard that the arbiter had formed the 'Swords of Sanghellios'. He had secretly met with him, making plans to defect from the Covenant without getting caught. He has successfully done so on March 10th, 2552, once the Prophets, Brutes and any other Elites still loyal caught wind of this, they were outraged. The SoS had seen his skill first hand with a group and as a solo member, multiple times carrying out successful missions that were tide-turning in the Civil-War and the Human-Covenant war.

How is your character connected to the covenant and why would they join the SOS?: He is connected by being one of the Majors of the covenant, he had been loyal at first but slowly defected. He served at least 20 years as Covenant in the Human-Covenant war, spending his first ten as a Minor. He did the last 10 of the war in SoS, he left the Covenant because of the unfair conditions and catching wind that the 'Great Journey' was a lie and an excuse for the Prophets to kill anything in sight.

Will you show the maturity of the Spec ops SOS branch?: Yes, I will show maturity and I also understand that I can be kicked out at any moment for immaturity.

Why do you want to be Swords of Sanghellios?: I would like to catch different aspects of roleplay, other than Marine and ODST. I believe it will make for a truly unique experience.

Do you accept that the main faction (The ODST's) may insult and pick on your character for being an Alien?: Yes, this is the main part of being a former Covenant Major, it is also the concept of this that brings me into roleplay as Swords of Sanghellios.
